Weekly Roundup for Nov 21, 2008

Roundups and Carnivals : Nov 21, 2008 No Comments »

There’s not a lot of good news out there these days. The stock market continues to reach new lows, unemployment is skyrocketing, and economists are predicting this recession will be around a lot longer than we first hoped.

My two cents. Here’s a spattering of other bloggers’ views (on personal finance at least), that I particularly enjoyed this week: Read the rest of this entry »

Roundups and Carnivals : Aug 29, 2008 No Comments »

It’s Labor Day already? Where does the summer go? Oh, well. I’m gonna try not to think about that and instead just get pumped for a three-day weekend! I hope you’re able to slow down and celebrate a bit this weekend, too. Maybe you’re just getting back on campus, or taking a much-needed break from work.
