Discover Escape Card Offers Rewards Few Cards Can Match
At a time most credit card companies are cutting back on rewards, how many cards they issue, and even the kinds of cards they offer, Discover has rolled out a new travel rewards cards that should turn the heads of anybody who loves to bank credit card points for free air travel. The Discover Escape Card rewards cardmembers with unlimited double miles on every dollar spent that can be redeemed for unrestricted travel on any airline, cash, or merchandise rewards with 90 partners.
The Discover Escape Card does carry a $60 annual fee, but that fee would be well worth it for cardholders who spend at least $10,000 a year on the card—as that amount alone could earn you $200 cash back or a free airline ticket. The Discover Escape Card also offers a new cardmember promotion—you can earn 1,000 bonus miles every month you make a purchase on the card for up to 25 months; also potentially enough for a free airline ticket.
