Kiva Business Card for Professionals: Get an Advanta Card Without a Business

Exciting news for people with excellent credit—Advanta just released a version of its popular Kiva Business Credit Card for non-business owning professionals (i.e., everybody).

The new Kiva Business Card for Professionals provides the same low APR, 0% for 15 months balance transfer offer, and matching gifts to Kiva—the organization that provides small low-interest loans to small businesses in developing countries.

Update (12/29/08): Unfortunately, Advanta, like many credit card issuers, has temporarily limited new card applications due to the economic situation, and the Advanta Kiva Credit Card for Business Professionals isn’t currently available. I will keep this post updated as soon as I hear of that changing.

    I LOVE Kiva! I was having the most horrible day in an airport and read about them in a magazine. Reading about the charity turned the day around ( I think I was nearly in tears at the airport …. just exhausted ). I learned more and fund loans on a regular basis now.
