		<description>I strongly disagree about going with Lending Tree. I live in Charlotte, NC where it is based and can tell you that they do not employ reputable mortgage professionals, mainly call center reps. Also, they send you more SPAM than any other company I&#039;ve ever dealt with. Horrible suggestions. Unless they are paying you something, I would not recommend them ever!</description>
