David - Do you think it's fair that if you earn more than $70,000/yr, you can't deduct the interest?

Where does the gov't come up with these income caps anyway?

Thnx

You must have read my mind. So I am thinking that my student loans are too pricey for the gov't. I think I should find a lower rate loan and pay them off. Like a personal loan?

My loans are unsubsidized. No tax deductions, plus I'm in grad school now taking on more...What is a good way to manage this?
