Money Under 30 will host the 208th Carnival of Personal Finance here next Monday, June 8, 2009. If you would like to participate, don’t forget to read the submission guidelines and submit your post before Sunday at 5 p.m. Eastern Time.
If you are a frequent carnival participant, you probably know that the Carnival of Personal Finance often gets over a hundred submissions every week. I will select between six and ten articles to feature as Editor’s Picks at the top of the carnival. If you feel you have one of the best personal finance posts of the week, please include a short but descriptive paragraph with your submission to help me identify your post!
Editor’s Note: On an aside, can you tell the difference between being frugal and being cheap? This week the writers of The Washington Post’s Small Change blog posed that question to several bloggers, including myself. Check out some of the responses!
I'm David Weliver. At 26, I had NO savings and NO financial plan. I was maxed out, stressed out, and fed up. Then, I changed. I repaid $80k of debt, tripled my income, and bought a home. I'll show you how to get similar results.
